Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of the Flowwise app. Flowwise is personal finance planning software for iPhone. It is a planning tool, not financial advice.

Acceptance of these terms
By downloading or using Flowwise, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Not financial advice
Flowwise is personal finance planning software. It helps you record and project your own numbers, but it does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, credit, or other regulated advice, and its projections are estimates based on the information you enter. You are responsible for your own financial decisions and should seek advice from a qualified professional where appropriate.
Licence
Flowwise is licensed, not sold, to you for use under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies to apps distributed through the App Store. That agreement, together with these terms, governs your use of the app.
Your data and responsibility
Your financial planning data is stored locally on your device and is not sent to a Flowwise server. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your own backups where you need them. You can export your data as a CSV file and erase all app data at any time from within the app's settings. For more detail, see our Privacy Policy.
Purchases
Any purchases in Flowwise are processed by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. Flowwise does not process or store your payment card details. Billing, renewals, and refunds are handled by Apple under your App Store account. Where Flowwise offers a subscription, it renews until cancelled through your App Store settings; where Flowwise offers a lifetime option, it is sold as a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase through Apple. Pricing, products, and availability may change.
Availability
Flowwise is currently in early testing and is being prepared for early access; it is not yet generally available on the App Store. Features, availability, and timelines may change, and we may add, modify, or withdraw features or the app itself at any time.
Provided “as is”
Flowwise is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that its projections will match your actual financial outcomes.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flowwise and its developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for any financial decisions made in reliance on the app. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be lawfully excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update this page and revise the “Last updated” date shown above. Your continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
