What to include when you contact us

To help us understand and resolve your issue quickly, please include:

• Your device model (for example, iPhone 15 Pro).
• Your iOS version.
• The Flowwise app version and build number (shown in Settings → About).
• A clear description of the issue and what you expected to happen.
• Screenshots, if they help show the problem.

Using Flowwise

A few things that help people get the most out of Flowwise:

• Flowwise works entirely on your device, with no sign up and no account to create.
• It does not connect to your bank; you add or import the numbers you want to plan with.
• You can protect the app with Face ID from Settings.
• You can export your transactions as a CSV file at any time from Settings.

Purchases and restoring

Any purchases in Flowwise are processed by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. Flowwise does not process or store your payment card details. If you have purchased and need to restore access, for example on a new device, use Restore Purchases in Settings → Flowwise Plus, which asks Apple to re-check your purchases. Billing, receipts, and refunds are handled by Apple.

Your data

Your financial planning data is stored locally on your device and is not sent to a Flowwise server. You can erase all Flowwise app data at any time from within the app's settings, and deleting the app from your device also removes its local data. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
